From the moment I sent a request for more information about the Winnebago Travato I was treated with professionalism and honesty. All my questions were answered in a timely manner, from questions on financing to questions about the RV itself. Reed, the sales consultant, made the entire process the best experience I've ever had with an RV purchase. Any issues I had or any questions I had with the banks and the RV sales process was provided in a timely manner.

Through your company, we were able to get an 25' EKKO (23B Pop top) on a newer chassis with blind spot detection, two must-haves for us. I appreciate the pick up in Mason City and the courtesy vehicle is just icing on the cake since this really helped answer some questions as to what we do with our bags and how we were going to grab lunch. What a Class Act!
We can't thank you and your team enough, from Cody, to Kevin, and the gentleman who did our orientation (his name escapes me, but he was AWESOME!) we are just thrilled with the experience and will be referring every one we encounter looking for an RV to your location. My wife and I have been browsing around for a class B van for a while now and finally settled on a Winnebago Travato as the Travato met all of our needs. We've had tents, pick-up campers and a couple of class A motorhomes and now want to try out a bit of the van life. We live in California and checked out a couple of dealers and also some online. In our search we found "The one" that was in stock at Lichtsinn. I called and spoke to Mike Haugen who was our salesperson. Mike seamlessly helped us through the whole process, answered all of our questions and a deal was done in a flash, I felt like I was on "The Price is Right " show. We decided to have the van delivered to us and Lichtsinn had it ready in time for our driver to pick it up. It was a pleasure to do business with Lichtsinn and now its time check out the van life.

We purchased our Travato and took delivery August 5 2024. Sales experience with Adam was great as others have mentioned. Kevin finalized the financing. Very easy process.
Orientation was done in person but they also provided a YouTube version prior to delivery so we could get our questions lined up. Its nice that they ask you to stay overnight to test all the features of your new vehicle. The next morning we had some questions so the service reps came out to show us what to do.
After taking off for a Midwest ride we noticed the refrigerator was not working consistently and food was not chilled. Since we were still in the Midwest, we returned to Lichtsinn RV and the service department fixed the loose wiring issue within a few hours.
Back in CA now and loving the Travato KL.
