The Winnebago Vita and Porto combine Mercedes-Benz’ fuel efficiency and durability with Winnebago’s legendary build quality and innovative features and the result is a compact, easy driving class c diesel that is perfect for solo travelers, couples or families. Designed specifically for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis, the Vita and Porto feature the largest galley, largest bed, and even the largest holding tanks in the class. And with standard features like the highly engineered SuperShell Sleeper Deck, 200 watt solar energy system, connectivity roof port wiring access for satellite, WiFi boosters or cellular boosters, panoramic galley window and exclusive customizable storage cabinets, it’s clear the Vita and Porto are a great option for RVers.
The Winnebago Vita comes in two floorplans – the 24P and the 24F. The Winnebago Vita 24F comes with a dinette/sleeper that is extendable, a corner bath and the best-in-class length for a corner bed. The 24P comes with a full wall slide that houses a dinette and the walk-around queen bed. The 24P also comes with an innovative sliding bi-fold door that allows the bathroom to be accessed even when the slide is in.
Winnebago Vita’s Best-in-Class Holding Tank Capacities
The Winnebago Vita features best-in-class holding tank capacities including 37 gallons of fresh water, and 41 gallons of black and gray tank capacities – 35% more than the competitors. The Vita also has the occupant and cargo carrying capacity to hold that much fresh water without sacrificing weight for cargo or occupants.
Winnebago Vita’s 200-Watt of Solar Standard
200-watts of solar help keep your batteries fully charged and extend off-the-grid use. The Vita and Porto’s solar system is also expandable up to 450-watts. Most RVs in this segment come with solar prep or solar as an option for an additional fee.
Winnebago Vita Occupant Cargo Carrying Capacity
The Winnebago Vita and Porto are segment leaders for occupant and cargo carrying capacity. The OCCC is listed on the required yellow weight label that you can find inside one of the entry doors to the motorhome. The OCCC figure is the maximum allowable weight for all occupants, food, tools, and personal belongings, including the weight of all the fresh water that you carry. Even the weight you put on the hitch must be included in your cargo calculation and the total must be less than the OCCC for safe operation of your RV. Based on the option and floorplan selection, the View and Navion typically provide well over 1,000 pounds, while the new Vita and Porto were designed to provide up to 1,800 pounds of capacity.
