This Concierge Roadside Assist Plan covers you, your spouse and dependents (up to the age of 24) for your registered RV and all other passenger vehicles (automobiles, motorcycles, tow dollies and trailers) even if rented owned, borrowed or leased. We have provided additional details about the program below:

- Winch Out Service within 100’ of Roadway
RV Technical Assistance
Provides phone access directly to RVTI and ASE Certified Technicians to assist with basic operational troubleshooting. This is great for after-hours and Saturday service calls!
Mobile Mechanic Dispatch Service
A mobile service technician will be dispatched in the event that there is no shop availability, and the RV cannot be towed.
RV Appointment Setting
Assistance is provided to schedule appointments for your RV needs. Instead of having to make all of the scheduling calls yourself, this will be done for you, lining up where you need to go and timing.
Mobile Tire Service: RV Only
A mobile tire company will be dispatched to mount a like tire, if a spare is not available.
Key Replacement
Up to 1 key fob will be replaced valued at up to $500 per 12 months due to lost, damage, or theft.

Trip Interruption Benefits
In the event of an RV mechanical breakdown or collision 100 miles or more from your home, Lichtsinn RV Assist will reimburse the following expenses up to $2,000 per incident for lodging and meals while the RV is kept for repairs at a licensed repair facility.
Auto Rental: $400 Max
Air Transportation: $1,000 Max
Hotel/Motel/Campground Fees: $400 Max
Meals: $200 Max
VEHICLE RETURN
While traveling, if the primary driver of the RV is injured or medically incapable to operate the RV or vehicle used to tow the RV, the Program will make arrangements or reimburse you for costs associated with returning your RV to your home. The maximum benefit amount is $2,500 per membership term.
