Lichtsinn RV Employee Appreciation Event

This past weekend Lichtsinn RV held it’s annual Employee Appreciation Event at Country View Acres in Joice, Iowa. This annual event is held as a thank you the entire Lichtsinn RV team for their efforts during the prior year. In 2021 these accomplishments included being the Number One Dealer of Winnebago Motor Homes in North America each year since 2015, the Number One Motor Home Dealer in the State of Iowa for the 20th consecutive year awarded by Statistical Surveys Inc. and receiving the Winnebago Flying W Customer Service Satisfaction Award for the 28th consecutive year. Lichtsinn RV also maintained consistent Google Reviews over 4.6 stars and achieved 4.9 stars on Facebook Reviews for the 2021 calendar year.

Blackdog BBQ out of Mason City catered the meal and there were awards given throughout the event to recognize specific employees for their efforts over the past year.

The first award given was the “You Make a Difference Award.” The recipient of this award is nominated by their peers. This years award winner was Justin Overland: for always placing internal and externals guests firsts.
