However, not all RVs are equipped to allow you to do this. The Winnebago Revel 4×4 RV is a Winnebago Class B Camper Van that allows you to blaze your own trail.
The Winnebago Revel is built on the Mercedes Benz Sprinter VS30 Diesel Chassis. It comes standard with on-demand 4WD with Hi/Lo Range with electronic stability and traction control as a standard feature. The on-demand 4WD allows the Revel to selectively stop individual wheels if wheel spin is detected. The system can be safely driven on dry pavement without the risk of damaging differential locks. The Revel also includes seven speed automatic 7G Tronic automatic transmission with grade braking for steep inclines.
A spare tire is included in the Revel in case you should have a blowout and is accessible underneath the van. The Revel provides the option of adding BF Goodrich T/A K02 all-terrain tires and performance wheels to help maneuverability with your off-road adventures. These tires feature a longer tread life in dry pavement conditions with aggressive all-terrain traction perfect for gravel, rocky and snowy conditions. The rear mud guards on the Revel protect it by safely deflecting dirt and road debris away from the lower part of the Camper Van.
Stay off grid longer and more comfortably in your Winnebago Revel with its 320-amp hour lithium-ion battery with it’s dedicated second alternator to charge the system. The second alternator is located under the hood and can fully charge the battery in less than (2) hours of travel time. The 320-amp-hour lithium-ion battery provides 4,133 watt-hours of energy and is easily accessible, housed inside the Revel’s driver side wheel well. You can choose to add a second Lichtsinn RV installed 320-amp-hour lithium-ion battery increasing your total watt hours to 8,266. The Revel also includes a state-of-charge Battery Management System (BMS) that monitors voltage, amps, wattage, battery temp, BMS temp and power state management with the use of an app. The Xantrex 2,000-watt inverter provides whole coach electrical service including power to the induction cooktop and the optional Coleman-Mach 10 NDQ Air Conditioner in the Revel.
The Revel’s LED high performance headlights will light the way when you’re on the move. Once parked at night in your Revel, you’ll find use for the Revel’s porch light with an interior switch and running boards with ground effect lighting to better help you see your surroundings. Further enjoy the great outdoors with Revel’s fold-down exterior table that can be adjusted with it’s cable driven system to be level regardless of the terrain. The Revel’s heavy-duty industrial style non-slip vinyl flooring allows for easy cleanup after your off-road adventures.
