What is the difference between a Winnebago Minnie Winnie and Sprit?

The Winnebago Minnie Winnie and the Spirit are identical. Most dealerships carrying these brands within North America offer either the Minnie Winnie or the Spirit. Lichtsinn RV is a full line dealership so we can provide you with either model. The two coaches are made on the same line by the same people here in Forest City, Iowa. They’re identical in features, quality, content, price and colors. The only difference between the two models is going to be the logo that you see on the side. The Spirit is a legacy name from When Winnebago used to have an Itasca line of RVs.

How many people can comfortably sleep in the Minnie Winnie and Spirit?

Ideal for families of all shapes and sizes the Winnebago Minnie Winnie and Sprit floorplans offer flexible sleeping for five to eight people. Each of the Minnie Winnie’s six available floorplans include a rear bedroom, cabover bunk, and sofa/bed (n/a 22M & 22R.)

What chassis are the Minnie Winnie and Spirit built on? What safety features do they have?

The Winnebago Minnie Winnie and Spirit are built on the new Ford V8 chassis which includes the new Ford safety features. The 22M and 22R floorplans are built on the Ford E350 chassis with the option of upgrading to the E450 chassis. The 25B, 26T, 31H and 31K floorplans are built on the E450 chassis. The new Ford chassis safety features include: adaptive cruise control, active distance alert, forward collision warning, lane departure warning, driver alert, automatic emergency braking, post impact braking, electronic stability control, traction control, hill start assist and a tire pressure monitoring system.

Do the Winnebago Minnie Winne and Spirit have an e-coated chassis?

Ford e-coats each chassis before sending them to the Winnebago factory. Then Winnebago improves on corrosion-resistant treatment that with their state-of-the-art 14-stage coating process in their new e-coat facility.

Can you tow with the Minnie Winnie and Spirit?

All of the Minnie Winnie and Spirit models have a 7500lb factory installed tow package. This provides ample towing capacity to tow most vehicles or trailers.

Are there differences between the 2021 and 2022 models?

There are no model year changes between the 2021 and 2022 models of the Winnebago Minnie Winnie and the Spirit.

What kind of leveling jacks are available on the Minnie Winnie and Spirit?

Hydraulic leveling jacks are an available option for the 26T, 31H and 31K floorplans. Electric stabilizing jacks are an available option on the 22M, 22R and 25B.

Will the onboard generator have enough power to the air conditioner and other appliances inside the motorhome?

Each floorplan in the Winnebago Minnie Winnie and Spirit has power to spare with the included 4,000-watt Cummins Onan Microquiet Generator and second coach battery and 1,000-watt inverter. That’s enough on-board power to run everything inside the RV.

What’s the difference between US and Canadian models?

The Canadian models have been tested as compliant to Canadian Housing Standards. They also feature a metric instrument cluster.

Are there solar options available on the Minnie Winnie and the Spirit?
