The all-season Winnebago EKKO is a powerhouse with it’s a 320-Amp Hour Lithium-Ion Battery with the option to add (1) additional 320-amp hour Battery. The combined dual batteries provide a total of 640-amp hours (8,266-watt hours) which then requires a deletion of the available generator. The EKKO includes a dedicated second alternator to charge the coach batteries. The EKKO also has (2) 170-Watt and (1) 115-watt solar panels (455 Total Watts) which allow you to camp almost anywhere with the EKKO’s 455-watts of Solar allowing you to go off-grid for extended periods of time. The EKKO also boasts a 2,000-watt pure sine waver inverter/80-amp charger that charges the air conditioner, microwave and outlets and an ultra-low quiet Cummins Onan QG 2800i gas generator.

The high-efficiency ducted air conditioning system found in the Winnebago EKKO can be run for 50-110 hours off a full tank of fuel using the generator alone without using the inverter and battery. The EKKO has a 31 gallon fuel tank. The 2800i gas generator runs off the top ¾ of the 31 gallon fuel tank, leaving 23 gallons available for generator usage. The CumminsOnan 2800i gas generator uses .21 gallons per hour at half load, translating into the high end of 110 hours (23 gallons / .21 gallons per hour consumption). At full load, so worst case scenario, the 2800i generator pulls .46 gallons per hour, translating into 50 hours.
