One such example is an absolute gamechanger for RVers whether you are a full-timer or weekend-adventurer: the option to include a washer and dryer in your motorhome. Winnebago’s Class A lineup includes three models that offer the option to include a washer and dryer, the Winnebago Adventurer, Winnebago Forza, and the Winnebago Journey.
There are many advantages to having a washer and dryer with you on the road. One question we are often asked is how to best handle laundry days when traveling. Among the most common choices are public laundromats and campground laundry rooms. However, common, stressful situations include a campground that doesn’t offer laundry facilities or the nearest laundromat is far from your campsite. Having a washer and dryer included in your RV lets you enjoy your trip without worrying about laundry days. Not to mention valuable time wasted waiting for the public washer/dryer to become available and then in turn waiting for your items to be done so you can remove them promptly before the next person arrives with their load.

Winnebago Adventurer

The Winnebago Adventurer is available in three floorplans, the 34W, 35F and 36Z, and they each offer an all-in-one washer-dryer combo as an optional addition. This style of appliance can both wash and dry your clothes which allows for a more efficient use of space in the RV. If the optional washer-dryer combo is not added, the space can be used for additional storage, as it is relatively the size of a standard wardrobe cabinet. Even if you do not choose this option, the plumbing will still be installed so it is available if you should decide to install a washer-dryer in the future. In the Adventurer 34W floorplan, the washer-dryer cabinet is located just outside of the bedroom area while the Adventurer 35F locates the washer-dryer cabinet within its bedroom wardrobe. For the Adventurer 36Z, the washer-dryer cabinet is located next to the refrigerator and can be used as a spacious pantry if you choose to not add the washer and dryer.

Available in three floorplans, the Winnebago Forza also offers the option to add a washer and dryer. Unlike the Adventurer, the Forza has both a front-loading washer and dryer as separate appliances instead of the washer-dryer combo. Even if you do not choose this option, the plumbing will still be installed so it is available if you should decide to install a washer and dryer in the future. On the Forza 34T and Forza 36H floorplans, the two appliances are stacked in a location that can otherwise be used as additional storage or wardrobe space if you choose to not add the optional washer and dryer. However, the Forza 38W floorplan separates the two with both being located in the rear full bath. If added, the washer faces out toward the room while the dryer is raised and can be accessed over the vanity and sink. The Forza 34T, 36H, and 38W floorplans can sleep five, six, and eight passengers respectively making the option of adding your own washer and dryer an absolute game changer.

Winnebago Journey
Journey 34N

Fully loaded and packed with all the amenities of home, the Winnebago Journey is designed for luxury travel and entertaining. This makes the option of adding the optional washer and dryer an easy decision. The Journey is available in one floorplan, the 34N. Similar to the Winnebago Forza, the Journey includes a separate front-load washer and dryer setup with the appliances stacked. The area where the washer and dryer can be installed serves as additional storage or wardrobe space if you choose to not add this option. And again, even if you do not choose this option, the plumbing will still be installed so it is available if you should decide to install a washer and dryer in the future.
