Winnebago Solis National Park Foundation Edition Takeaways

Over the years, Winnebago has released limited editions of a few of their motorhomes – you may remember the National Park Foundation Winnebago Travato from 2020. The manufacturer’s 2023 lineup includes another National Park Foundation limited edition model with the Winnebago Solis Class B Van. Continue reading to learn about important takeaways from the new Winnebago Solis National Park Foundation edition, which we will refer to as the Solis NPF edition.

SmartSpace Overland Drawer System

SmartSpace™ Overland Drawer System

One of the most innovative additions to the Winnebago Solis NPF edition is the durable SmartSpace™ Overland Drawer System. The rear gear garage in the non-limited edition Winnebago Solis includes below floor storage with access doors that flip up and out. This new system adds another layer of convenience, as it is also equipped with drawers that extend out from the rear of the motorhome. Because of this layout, your gear is accessible even when the murphy bed is lowered. The drawer system is also built with water-resistant surfaces and includes removable drawer dividers.

Another great feature is included with the passenger-side drawer. The cover of the drawer can be raised to a comfortable counter height to use as a work space or meal prep area with collapsible sink, easy access to the water panel, and space for a portable cooking surface.

Ground-Floor Innovation

Ground-Floor Innovation

The Winnebago Solis is already known for its premium insulation features including ceiling-to-floor insulation, zippered barrier window covers, and interior coach waterlines. The Solis NPF edition adds another feature that provides an additional thermal barrier, padded floor coverings. Contoured to fit the space perfectly, this innovative, non-slip surface is also easy to clean and is also easily removed.

Outdoor-Inspired Style

Outdoor-Inspired Style

From surf-to-slope, the design scheme of the Solis NPF edition proudly recognizes National Parks from across the country with design elements both in and outside of the coach. The first thing on the Solis NPF that stands out right away is the graphic exterior paint scheme showing a minimalist mountain landscape. Inside, you’ll find a colorful abstract mountain design on the refrigerator, topographical countertop surface, and custom embroidery on the window coverings that even further the theme of National Parks from the coasts to mountains.

Increased Performance

Increased Performance

With black stylized performance wheels paired with all-terrain tires, you are ready to tackle even the toughest of trails. For improved ride comfort and overall control, the Solis NPF also features factory-installed SuperSpings® SumoSprings® on the front and rear of the coach.

Blackout Thermal Shades

Another added feature that adds further insulation in the Solis NPF are new blackout thermal shades. These coverings are for the cab area windows and in addition to improved thermal performance, also provide near total blackout.
